Production Process

01.
Purchase

Procurement of all the materials needed for bicycles, and some small accessories, control the quality from the source.

Manufacture

Make the frame, wheels, and paint according to the customer's needs.

Assembly test

All accessories are assembled and then debugged. And some products are sampled and tested for a second time to ensure that there are no problems with the products.

Pack the box

The frame is packaged with a built-in sponge and an external cardboard box to ensure that the bicycle will not be damaged during transportation.

OEM/ODM Process

Preparation Before Production

Provide design drawings and source documents,Determine the detailed requirements,quantity,basic parameters and accessories,generate rendering drawings,and make secondary determination before production.

Purchase

Purchase according to the spare parts list according to the customer's needs.

Produce
